We have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing call centre operation based in the Houghton-Le-Spring area. The role will be to give excellent customer service by email and telephone.
About the role
The role will be to deal with incoming calls and queries from existing customers and look to resolve any issue at the first available opportunity. You will be expected to show an understanding with the customer and empathize with any problem they have.
You will receive full training once you start your new role and you will receive ongoing support from the management team afterwards.
- £7.83 per hour
- Permanent position
- Working window is 9-5 Monday-Friday
